Redirect an EZ Page URL to a Specific part of the index page

Hi, I have an EZ Page (article) that ranks well for main keywords for the site but the index page doesn't rank so as a fix I want to redirect that EZ page url to a specific section on the index page into which I will put all the content of that EZ page (likely use Editable Center Boxes plugin) - I will then delete the content on the EZ page but keep the redirect in place, in the hope that this will transfer the high ranking of that EZ page to the index page.

Question: what code should I use to achieve this?
