Need to edit my Email opt in form in right side box. I have an employee who typically handles this but he's away. Just need to know if this requires a file edit or Admin configuration and where

Your heading reads module_bannerbox

which should be a file in:
includes/modules/sideboxes/banner_box.php

or

includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/sideboxes/tpl_banner_box.php


or a custom name within those locations.
