    Default Order status doesn't work

    I was just about to update some order statuses from processing to shipped. But when I try to update the status I just get thrown back to Orders list and the status remains as it was.

    I first tried to send partial refund on order but that didn't work either. Not sure if that has anything to do with the problem. Then I noticed I cant do any updates on any orders at all.

    Has anyone had problems like this? I'm running Zen Cart v 153.

    What is your PHP version under Tools >> Server Version Info

    You might take a peek at your store's /logs directory to see if there are any myDEBUG-adm-*.log files generated around the time that you tried either of those actions.

    If you're going to post the contents of one of those logs, be sure to xxx-out all identification of your admin sub-directory name!

    There is no logs around that time.

    It was the wrong thread, I'm sorry. Have you made any other changes, new plugin etc recently?

    No new plugins.

    I remember doing some little changes in Admin > Configurations some time ago. But that was managing listings. Is there some setting there that might cause this?

    Or might this be something that's going on at my web host?

    I still get new orders.



    I just tried to add a new product and I get this message:

    Server Connection Closed
    Description: The server requested closed the connection before the transaction was completed.

    Adding new products worked fine week ago.

    What payment method(s) is/are enabled for the store? Through which of these were you trying to create a refund?
