email setting problem "Avonlee Contempo" Template

I had set up the website (avonlee contempo template) over one year. but still cannot start my selling business .
It seems so many problem on the email setting.
I have checked hundreds time of those setting in the EMAIL-OPTION page., nothing wrong. The email setting is 100% as same as one of my other current website. but the other website works almost five years perfectly without problem.

I have no idea what happen.
I sent a test inquiry "testing 123" through the website home page "contact us". but cannot receive this "testing 123" in the admin email . and I tried to send a GIFT CERTIFICATE and COUPON in the admin page "Gift Certificate/Coupons" to my other email address.
My other email didn't receive the gift certificate and coupon too.

seems there's a big issue on the admin email .
I cannot start my selling at all.

can anyone help ??

A template typically does not get in the way of sending email from the admin.

Even if you have tried items from the below FAQS, please identify what has been tried and the results. It is first important to determine if the emails are being generated to be sent. Then the issue is whether there is some sort of block between the site and someone receiving the email.

Beyond that, the more information that is provided about things like what type of email account is being used to send the email (free email through gmail, yahoo, or otherwise or is it one using your host), who the host is, what the current settings are in configuration->e-mail settings. (do not include your password if entered or any other information considered sensitive)

It's my own domain email, not the free email in yahoo or gmail.
as I said , I have other current website over five years., works without problem.
they're my own domains which is hosted in godaddy.

had reset the MX Record and now fixed SEND email.but still cannot receive email from "CONTACT US".
