I Really need help please

Il more than likely get shouted at for making a new post but unfortunately its not getting answers.


issues
1. Tabs.... when i have tabs on my main page and a customer clicks it not showing sub cats its just showing a blank page...

2. Side cat menu.... again if a customer click on a cat the sub cats are not showing, just shows blank screen..


please is there a fix for this as i can see from the admin panel, customers are just clicking seeing a blank screen then doing one as they think there isnt any products in there but there is... its just the sub cats are not showing.

i would appreciate any sort of help/fix with this issue.
Iv browsed the forum before i get jumped on but can't find a fix... any posts in relation to this turn off and are side tracked to another issue..

The only thing I can say is... answer the posting hints! we are blind and if you don't post links or can't, we only have what you describe to go on.. If we can not recreate or see the code issues, we can not help you ...

Some things to look at..
If your getting blink pages, there should be logs...
What PHP version are you running the site on!
What mods are you using, did you drag and drop or merge code?

currently using v1.5.6a)... just updated and still no joy

I have re enabled the side box and tabs..
if you click the tabs on the top the sub cats should all show.

No mods are installed

here is a screen shot as you can see 204 products are in lingerie but as i clicked the lingerie link the blank screen shos and doesnt show all the the sub cats "sizes"

You are using a template that was not designed for zc156.. The template makes use of some older mods which can work, but you would need to check the template support page on what needs updating. Some things you can do now that may help you, turn off the side box cats, I use a sticky menu that locks it to the top of the screen, so I turned mine off. Use the responsive classic template until you can get yours updated. If you switch to the classic and all works, then you have template issues with the one you tried to install. Lest you can still do businesses while looking the other one over.
