We had a customer say they couldn't reset their password. I tried using the "forgotten password" module using 2 different personal email addresses and an email address associated with our website (www.pazdarwinery.com). I did not get a response from any of the attempts using the personal emails addresses (tried a few times). It did work with the email associated with the website ([email protected]). The website shows that a new password was sent each time.

Yesterday when I first started looking into this, I couldn't remember my zen-cart password for this website so I could post on the forum. I sent a request for a new password; I never got one. My login is associated with one of my personal email addresses. This morning I found my old password, that worked.

Any ideas?
