The following error shows on log in page - is it important? I am not a developer.
index.php?main_page=login:773 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'disabled' of undefined
at hideStateField (index.php?main_page=login:773)
at update_zone (index.php?main_page=login:761)
at onload (index.php?main_page=login:951)

I'm guessing that this behavior is related to this issue, logged in Zen Cart's GitHub repository: https://github.com/zencart/zencart/issues/2235
