Confirm Order Button Missing

When payment by card is selected the Confirm button, and everything below it (page footer), are missing.

I have just moved the site to a new server.

I'm using:
php 5.5.9
Payment - Sage Pay through JSWeb Sage Pay payment module
Additionsl plugins - Ceon URI Mapping, Image Handler

Any ideas?

just check if the image is missing from directory, simply check the error logs
