This week all of a sudden two customers tell me they're getting a PP error (see attached pic) when they try checking out. These are repeat customers who the site has worked ok for previously. Any clue what's causing this?
This week all of a sudden two customers tell me they're getting a PP error (see attached pic) when they try checking out. These are repeat customers who the site has worked ok for previously. Any clue what's causing this?
The customer with error above just told me too he's having problems when on his Samsung 8 phone he's used before. He then got on home computer and was able to complete the order.
I'd suggest turning on your PayPal payment method's debug option, logging all communications with PayPal to a log file. That way, if/when a customer calls in next, you'll have a record of what the PayPal requests and responses were and will have a better chance of identifying the root cause of the issue.
