Card Connect Payment Issue.Please Help.

Hello ,

I have implement Card Connect API on URL : http://viyra.com/viyra.com/johnak/jiangtaichi/
Which is working fine. (Current Mode : Test Mode)

BUT


Issue With Below Website :
Website URL : http://jiangtaichi.org/
ZC Version : v1.5.6a
Plugins : Card Connect Latest , Paypal(Sandbox)
Payment Integration API - Card Connect Latest -Checkout Type - Tokenized Post (https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1946)
PHP Version : 5.6.40 (Zend: 2.6.0)


On Live website URL : http://jiangtaichi.org/
Got an error to do payment . (Current Mode : Test Mode)
There is an error display on last step of payment is : We are unable to perform the requested action, please contact customer service.


We have checked the above issue with Card Connect Customer service and they said there is no issue with Card Connect API. So checking with Zen-Cart.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

So if was able to implement on the one site and assuming all things are equal on both sites, then implementing in the same way on the "newer" site should work just as well. If they are not equal, then what differences exist between the two sites? Does the code depend on javascript/jquery? Are there debug logs that can be generated with this payment option? What do the logs show?

When I copied all data from well working URL : http://viyra.com/viyra.com/johnak/jiangtaichi/ To URL : http://jiangtaichi.org/
It's Not working on URL : http://jiangtaichi.org/.

So I assumed that there may issue with Keys(.pem) So,I download New Card Connect API from URL : https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1946 and Install again and generated new Keys(.pem)
Then I use same Credentials For URL : http://jiangtaichi.org/ @ admin panel Card Connect Configuration.
But I can't able to do payment successfully.

And that Module(In built) used .js files . But during payment process status is 304 (Not Modified)

And Most Notable thing is that There is no error_logs regarding payment.
