New install. Admin will not let me in claiming my user name or password is wrong, but it is NOT.

Closed the Admin window and when I try to go back it either tells me there info is wrong again OR it just flashes, still shows the log in screen and does nothing.

Also sometimes this can be remedied by clearing cache. If you do a search on "How to clear cache in <my browser>" you'll get instructions.
