I've finally got my client's website resurrected and working with no problems, except for a couple of annoying small ones

When I edit and then update a banner in the Banner Manager, I get the above error message. However the changes are made with no other problems.

And when I use the Install SQL Patches function to run a Query, like when using the File Compare plugin, I also get the same error message, and nothing else happens.

I figure this is probably just a configuration error somewhere, but no luck finding it so far.

This ring any bells for anyone?
