Images do not change even after clearing cache???

I am editing the slide images on a new site but its happened before with other sites I'm working on.
Problem is, I didn't know it at first and spent hours trying to get the images to change lol!
So now I need to know what I'm doing wrong ? I know it has something to do with laptop but I'm not sure what.
I clear cache, reboot, but they still show the old image. Only way I know the change actually took place is if I look at the site on my phone.
Where else on computer do I need to clear something ???????

This is a really nice way to test things like that. You'll need to use Google Chrome to use this technique, but it works perfectly.
