images not loading.. please help

I have the latest zen cart and I am trying to upload pictures that the background have been removed.. and they don't upload.. if I use a picture that the background is still they load up..
images in png format.
i have image handler 5 also loaded.

the funny thing is yesterday it was working..
i spent a bunch of time to remove the background
anyway.. what do you think

Hi, I am having the same problem I can load and when I do a update it will not show in my store? Years ago I had a zen cart site and it worked great had no problems in loading images but for some reason it is not working now. I hope we can get some help.

Can you point us to some specific images that are not working?

May have the same general "problem", but unless absolutely everything else about the installation is the same as the original poster, how about independently answering the posting tips so that the right help can be provided?
