can't load images and get them to work

Ver. 1.5.6a; thecottoncabana.com; I am trying to load images in and cannot get them to work. I uploaded the directory to the main directory first...nothing happened. then used the FTP and put it in "images/categories...this is what shows up. but it still does not work. ( have the image in the image file also)

Well, server files shouldn't have spaces in the filename. Use an underscore, dash, or some other character to provide the "space", but depending on what is being done and how the filename is being accessed, there may be some "sanitization" that is done that basically mangles the filename and makes a comparison fail.

that was the problem...had spaces on all my images. I loaded ih5 and now all is great. easy to load my pictures.. thanks so much.

A great tool when you find yourself in a situation in image naming is Spacetornado Renamer. It's free and very helpful with spacing, case, and extension problems.
