Just ran a test.
Zencart gives a big RED warning to the customer that the CC could not be processed.
Authorize.net actually authorized and captured the transaction using the customer's credit card info.
SIM_Debug is similar to yours.

Not sure how I missed this a few months ago
Installed the new SIM module today and generated the Signature Key. And test sale was processed as expected

I had the same problem! All fixed. Thanks for the help!
So, did y'all have to login to authorize.net and get a new signature key?

This is a nightmare.
If using Authorize.net (SIM) then they have changed / removed the MD5 processing. I get that error for every card decline and now for every transactions. The user re-enters causing duplicates. Plus my ZenCart is not logging an error nor send the New Order email. So I don't know it happens or what the customer ordered.
AuthorizeNet told me to look at
https://developer.authorize.net/support/hash_upgrade/
I have seen a new AuthorizeNet.php module on DrByte's posting but have not tried it and not sure if it works or causes more problems. But I have lost the url. (I did download the php file).
Just upload the file. The zen cart core team wrote the mod in the first place so it should work. You do need a new security key though afterwards. The post is clear: https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....ption-Jan-2019

The updated AuthorizeNet module did not work. Got error
(39) The supplied currency code is either invalid, not supported, not allowed for this merchant or doesn't have an exchange rate.
I seen this in the zen logs. I am using php 5.5.11
Hexadecimal input string must have an even length in D:\Inetpub\aaatex\ZenCart\includes\modules\payment\authorizenet.php on line 565
okay, so then the next questions are simple - what version of zen cart or you using and why are you still on php 5.5? I'm not saying I personally have the answers but this is information necessary to figure out what might be going on with your website.

Does why really matter now? It is what I have. Zen 1.5.4
I have also looked at the Signature posting and the real screens do not match the posting:
Settings not on the left but I found them. There is no Disable Old Signature. So I don't think that I was ever using it.
