I need help, I download the xampp 7.1.30 / PHP 7.1.30.to load zc156b while it seems to load up, there is or I can not find it a file system that I can find to place ZC in.
any help greatly appreciated. I may have the wrong version, I was wanting to be PA-DSS if possible.
