Can you add more than 1 Image?

Googling "additional images Zen Cart" results in all kinds of hits but, number one is the How do I add multiple images to a product?

Help please!

That's the first part of a new thread and I'll just that you didn't read it or the posting tips are it would have been removed.

As a new member of the forum, you're probably anxious to get an answer. We're eager to help but, we need to know what's really going on. No two installs are the same so we ask some questions (Posting Tips). Like the version of the cart, how your built/upgraded it, and, if at all possible, a link to the site.

A WAG at this point would be that your naming convention on the product's image is not consistent with Zen Cart standards. Sometimes the preview is more forgiving than the actual product display.

Take a look at your image names and see if they have spaces, strange characters, capitalized file types, etc.

You can find this out for yourself from within Admin.

Admin > Tools > Server Version/Info

It is showing my web person is using V1.5.6b should they use the new version, V1.5.6c? Thank you

Here is what I am trying to load as an image AbleControlSolution_Box_Solu1.2.3_2000 and it will load with an image but when I send to my store no image is showing?

You don't mention the suffix of the image file but the only thing that stands out for me are the periods in the file name. I would try just using underscores and see if that works.

Thank you, I guess I should have told you I am not a computer person I sell products so I am counting on my web person to build my site the right way for me to sell products. Again I thank you for your input.
