Hi
I have been asked about this new directive for Europe which becomes effective from Sept 14th 2019. Known as Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), can anyone tell me please if the current version Zen- cart can handle this or is it down to payment gateways ?

Each payment module would need to support it individually. Which module are you using?
