I have a lot of customers complaining that they don't receive the email with the reset password after they submit their email address on my 'Password Forgotten' page.
Using the 'E-mail Archive Manager' plugin I can see that the email indeed has been sent out, so I guess it must be the customers spam filter or Internet providers spam filter that is preventing my customers to receive it.
Is there anything I can do to improve the chance that emails sent from my website won't end up in my customers spam inbox? Particularly in regards to forgotten passwords, since I rarely have complaints from customers not receiving the order confirmation email.
