Help to fix Numinix plugins

ZC 1.51, we had Numinix install a couple of add-ons, namely Google Feed and Social Media login.

Unfortunately as these ad-ons stand they are not useable.

The Social Media logon plug-in allows customers with no address fields completed in Facebook to create an account. This means there is no record of their name, or email address until they create a shipping address. It then gets worse, instead of pulling the default country setting in ZC it populates the customers country to Aaland Islands, meaning they don't get charged tax. Even when they have created a shipping address there is no record of their name or email address. This has cost us quite a bit of money so far in orders going through without collected tax.

The Google Feed plug-in does upload feeds, but presents the RRP and not the actual purchase price.

I can't imagine we're the only ones experiencing this. We're paying a Numinix subscription and have paid for Numinix install but have two Plug-ins we can't use.

According to Numinix this is all "normal"!!!

Is there a fix for this or have we done our dollars? If anyone has any suggestions how to fix this we'd be all ears. We have some coding skills but no where near expert, way and far from it, that's why we thought we'd get a "professional" install and plug-in. But we can do a bit of coding if it is straight forward.
