Elavon Converge 4025 Error

This is a first install of the Converge payment plug-in on the site outdoorlivingtablecloths.com, which has just been upgraded. According to Elavon, the 4025 error indicates a problem with the merchant settings, all of which seem to be correct in the admin section; the technician told me in particular to look out for extra spaces and to make sure the module was on Live mode. In looking at the error log, I see either more or fewer asterisks than are to be found in the numbers they are concealing. Specifically, the real merchant id and user id only have 6 digits, but there are 5 asterisks plus 3 digits. However, the pin number takes up the correct number of spaces. Below is the error log (the names, etc., have been changed to protect whomever); any insight/input would be most welcome - this is just about the last thing needed to make the site working correctly again! (If it is significant, Paypal works fine.) Thanks much in advance!

Problem solved! Elavon is in the process of moving its clients to a new interface. For some of the settings of this plugin, you must contact Elavon to get the correct information, such as enabling the HTTPS setting, identifying the user id (they have two different ones), and making sure you have a 64-character PIN. It took two phone calls - the second person was exremely helpful and stayed on the phone with me while I ran a test order (his suggestion to do so!).

Even though this is an old thread, I just wanted to add my own experience with this addon and the 4025 error in case it is helpful for someone. In this instance, the addon is working, but Elevon is refusing the transaction. In my case, the credentials for this addon were provided by an Elevon reseller, and instead of the merchant number, they provided I ended up needing to use the Account ID they provided. Ultimately though I believe the issue involved whitelisting the domain. I had raised this issue with the reseller and they assured me our domain had been whitelisted. When they brought elevon ecommerce integration support onto the phone with us and we ran a test transaction he saw that it was being labelled as fraud and was being denied. He then said 'Let me whitelist that for you'. The next transaction went through with no issues. So, if you are getting a 4025 error, you'll have to call them and have them fiddle at their end.
