Dropdown customer list goes to end on Gift Certificate Send screen

When sending a gift certificate, the dropdown for the list of customers is defaulting to the last customer (last name begins with "Z") instead of defaulting to the first entry, which is "Please Select".

When sending a gift certificate, the dropdown for the list of customers is defaulting to the last customer (last name begins with "Z") instead of defaulting to the first entry, which is "Please Select".

I confirmed that this is something from a change in ZC 1.5.6b that has carried over to ZC 1.5.7 so far. A PR has been submitted, the changes necessary appear to be: https://github.com/zencart/zencart/pull/2740

The PR remains to be reviewed and accepted.
