OK trying #2 (CEON BISN).
- you must update admin/./includes/classes/class.CeonBISNInstallOrUpgrade.php for MySQL 5.7.

Wishlist doesn't build its own form, so it's based on being inside the add to cart form. It will need modification to prevent an actual add to cart.

I would view the page source and track the form tags, but your issue is pointing to nested forms... ask a question is a link, not a form... I had the same issue with my review form until I moved the cart form closing tag up higher on the page and reviews under it... In nesting forms, one summit hits them both so both actions are acted on,, Sorry if I was unclear before... page source well tell you more.

Solved BISN, Wishlists not so much. I don't really need it anyhow, so I'll table it for now =)
