email header and footer?

Hi I am using php version 7.3 zc version v1.5.6c) on www.clearingfields.co.uk and finding it hard to find email header and footer in which I need to alter to a European version disclaimer , I am not really tech savvy but even my computer cannot find the header and footer info to edit can anyone help me find these items to edit please.

The forum search engine is not the best in the world. I use Google with the question and add Zen Cart on the end. Often a lot quicker method to get to the answer.

For the "header" there's: includes/languages/english/email_extras.php
Specifically the define for EMAIL_EXTRA_HEADER_INFO.

For the footer it appears to be a little more involved. The footer falls into the definition of EXTRA_INFO which is populated with several pieces of information typically built in includes/classes/order.php. There is what is called a notifier that allows software that is observing for a notifier to be triggered. When the notifier is executed, additional content can be added. Otherwise, the content at/around that point in the file could be modified to provide the desired result.

There's some effort being done in github to make this easier/better in a future release, but I would think that there are some other threads here that would be more helpful than what little I've offered.
