Authorize.net (AIM) "Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason"

Hello,
I am using zencart 1.5.5e . From few days i am getting issue in authorize.net(AIM) payment gateway.
When enter credit card details and submit, in last step it is showing this error.
"Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for
further assistance."
I am using php5.6 version.
plz check attachment..
How i can fix this issue ?

It looks like the requirement to accept the terms and conditions is enabled. If so, that first check box needs to be marked in order to continue forwards. Also if that is the case, the message could be better.

Otherwise and depending on the actual payment method and configuration of that method, there may be an issue with verifying the payment against the provided billing information or something similar to cause a failure of payment acceptance.
