Email Header Image

I did test order and confirmation email has this in this source code for header image location ..../email/EMAIL_LOGO_FILE Which ofc is not the right url so get missing image. Supposed to be..../email/header.jpg and that file is there because its in the send member email and news letter. I been searching for since ever this cant be a hard edit but I am unable to locate the right file. ty

Check the /includes/languages/english/email_extras.php (or your template-override version). That's where EMAIL_LOGO_FILENAME is defined and that's what's used to 'fill in' the EMAIL_LOGO_FILE element of the HTML emails.

Ok so I seem to be on right track. I check that file but there is no reference to image location maybe that info is missing all together? I am using the default theme just repainted some so should be no template over ride.

Think that doesn't make sense to me is why are some emails working ok and just the order confirmation email is bonkers.

Ty Lat9! I just needed a little nudge to know I was on the right path! I have remedied this! After reinserting the image location line! I think knock on wood!!

The email's header image is presumed to reside in the store's /email directory.
