    Domains are a different story and personally I find GoDaddy the best registrar and all of my domains are registered through them. Just don't confuse domain registration with hosting.

    I would suggest that for an ecommerce site you would need to use at least a VPS (virtual private server) and have a SSL certificate and run the site and admin in https
    You might be able to find someone who already has a VPS but can accommodate further domains for hosting. That way the costs can be reduced per domain .
