Add image to left menu selections

I have v1.5.2. I want to add a new category to my left nav menu. I have images for each category.
I have uploaded the image but I do not know where to go to actually tell my website to use the image.
Can someone help? Website is https://www.fundametals.net You will see on the left the menu item that dos not have an image under Products.

On first look it appears that the Categories Dressing addon is installed, but looking closer even though the images are named correctly and stored correctly for that addon to do what it does, I find no stylesheet calling those images in as would be expect for that module (according to its directions). I get the feeling that the original developer of the site originally meant to use the addon but didn't get the exact results they were looking for out of it and in the end hard coded it somewhere.

I would use the admin>tools>developers toolkit to search for

<img src="includes/templates/custom/buttons/english/catimg201.png" alt="" width="175" height="40" title="Vintage Finds">

(a working one) to see where that code turns up in the files, if there are no results than the database would need to be searched to see if the developer decided to store it in there instead. This is one of those ones I would actually like to see for myself so if you are so inclined to have someone take a look at how it was put together, just PM me.
