not sure what has happened, i turn on https in admin, and this happened(on google Chrome), asked me to change password because of switching to ssl, when i turn off https, i cant login anymore, so i have to stay with ssl activated in admin. firefox seems to work fine except i loose my css buttons

did you try ctrl+F5 in the browser to force reload without using the browser cache?
