Check Out Page 2 Alignment Issue (Chrome vs Internet Explorer)

I recently discovered an alignment issue with our masterlandscapesupply.com site. On page 2 of 3 Payment Information the "Your Total" suddenly is misaligned in Chrome but looks perfect with Internet Explorer. (attachment) I have sufficient skills to edit css but not skilled enough yet to understand the corrective action needed. Any help would be most appreciated.

It looks to me like the

<br class="clearBoth" />

is not observed correctly in Chrome. It's not really valid.

I suspect it should be

<div class="clearBoth"></div>

I think it is because the resource is unhashed, what version of Zen Cart?
