ERROR when trying to update SQL Database.

I have purchased "Fresh Food – Zencart Template for Organic Food/Fruit/Vegetables" and according to their instructions, I tried updating the SQL Database but received an ERROR with no info to what this error is.

Question is, has anyone experienced this or may know why this is happening?

The template vendor/developer would probably be the best source for an answer.

And a check to see that the template is advertised as compatible with zc156c

Thanks RixStix! According to their support team, prior to purchasing the template, they stated that it was. I just contacted them concerning this particular issue and I'm waiting for their reply.

Good luck. Theme Forest template specs say 155f and last update was prior to the release of 156.

I think they should have a caveat at the bottom of every store-bought template add:

Works fine with version X.X.X but, don't try to make any changes!

These templates are all built outside of a true Zen Cart environment and use coding that, more than often, creates problems for ANY change.
