    Default Shipping Rules Help Needed

    Hello,
    I'm stumped on this one.
    My client offers free shipping for shopping carts over $100 if its less than it charges ups or usps rates or store pickup.

    He's starting to carry some new products that are heavy and require paid shipping, however these products are over $100, is there a way to set up shipping excepting for certain categories or products?
