White Screen in Fresh Install of Easy Populate CSV

Fresh install of ZC v1.5.6c in PHP 7.3.11 environment.

I used to be a power user but I've been away from ZC for 3 or 4 years. I have installed the latest package and I can't get ANY version of EP to work. EZP4 I got that "v_model"... not found.

In EZP CSV I got a white screen when it ran the install. Download complete or create complete in the temp folder gives me white screen. I have changed permissions on the temp folder to 700, 755, 777, 744. White screen. Same with the temp folder moved into the admin. The temp folder location is correct, it can see the "note" file.

On the Easy Pop page, top right of the screen I get "TEXT_VERSION_CHECK_BUTTON" instead of the ZC version. That variable only appears in admin/includes/header.php.

I think there's something wonky with my permissions. I'm on a shared LAMP account at A2 Hosting.

I used to install EZP all the time, I've never hit a wall like this. These are fresh installs. I install a fresh ZC4, install EZP4, white screen. Delete everything and staart over. I've tried both versions of EZP (v4 and CSV) on 3 different empty domains and can't get any of them working.

My latest try throws these server errors

The files are there but it's file not found all the way down. None of the chmods I've tried fix this. The only odd thing I see is that there's no .htaccess file in the EZP package and that's one of the files it can't find.

Your EP4 install was it obtained from: https://github.com/mc12345678/EasyPopulate-4.0 ? Where it has been updated for those levels of php?

There's a few things to incorporate to support the full desired operation (all multi-language areas to support using the two letter language identification instead of and in addition to the numeric designation given to the language).
