Suggestion would be to use the developers tool kit under the tools menu of the admin, in the lower left corner, enter in a portion of the text to be modified (e.g. Essential tools for creating), change the dropdown to catalog, and then search with the other defauls selected. Identify all of the locations where that text is found and then should be able to help identify how to resolve that issue.
