Custom search that goes directly to product

Selling tire chains at www.rubbertirechains.com.

I want to add 3 custom fields for tire sizes, which would be diameter, width, and rim. The customer will then fill out a form to search for the correct size, entering the three numbers. If the search finds an exact match, I want to do directly to that product page (not just post a link to the product). If an exact match isn't found, I want to take the customer to another page.

I think I can figure out the search form and SQL query. What I'm wondering is what code I would use to redirect either to the product page or another page. Is there a function or code to easily set the product and insert the information from tpl_product_info_display.php?
