Default How can I direct standard links of the zen-cart template to a secure server?

    Goodmorning all,

I have a question I recently hired a secure server for my website, but some automatic Zen-cart links (like Site-map and contact) link automatically to the non-secure site

You can take a look at my website, look at the footer-link, they all direct to the non-secure server, do you know how I can change this to the secure server?

    Best Regards,

Did you set both of your configure files to https?

    https://www.zen-cart.com/content.php...alled-zen-cart

If so they may be hard coded in the template and you will have to run them down.

To be very clear (that article might be confusing for a new person), you want HTTP_SERVER set to https in includes/configure.php.
(You also want it in the admin side copy of that file, but that's beyond the scope of your question.)

Yes, I have changed the http to https settings in configure.php, but for some reason the zen-cart links like home, site map, contact are directing to www.mydomain.nl instead of https://www.mydomain.nl. I haven't found so far where I can change this..

It could be your template has hardcoded these things as @mprough suggested.

possibly a redirect in a .htaccess file or a 301 redirect in cpanel?

Could also be that the HTTP_SERVER setting "appeared" to be modified; however, the file permissions were not changed to support writing the changes and therefore are not active. Perhaps could be more specific about what changes were made to the includes/configure.php file including opening it again anew and presenting the information (that doesn't require obscuring such as leaving out DB_PASSWORD, etc...)
