Errors when setting up account and then trying to log in

I created a test account on new site: hicountryhobbies.com and am getting errors. First I created an account and did not get an acknowledgement email. So I created the account again and got this error message - Note: If you already have an account with, please login at the login page. Then went to web site to the login and got this error message: Error: sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password. Not sure what to do to correct this.

Perhaps could explain better about this setup/install.

I realize that in the last 14 years of having an account at this forum that there have been few posts, so perhaps the habit of addressing the posting tips is not yet realized.

It would help tremendously if you could address all the items in the posting tips so that anyone trying to help can have an understanding of the current setup. I have some suspicions, but right now there is almost nothing known about the situation other than an account creation and login didn't seem to work.

Are you certain all of the files have been uploaded to the server? Your jQuery took 30 seconds to load and posted a pause message.
