500 Option Values for Option Name

I need to set up an Attribute Option Name with 500 Option Values that will go up in price depending on the option value.

It would be easier if I could set up a CSV and import it in. What would the easiest way of doing this be?

Easiest is always in the eye of the beholder, but there are possibly three different applications that support such an effort: EasyPopulate V4 (best to obtain from github at the moment: https://github.com/mc12345678/EasyPopulate-4.0), DBIO, and Apsona (if it still is supported/available).
