Could someone show me how to make "More information" side box show again

First , I just wanted to say . Thank you for helping me. From what I can see , changing the information box this way is a little above my head. I guess what I am asking now is if you know the php file that control the " important links " side box ? Apparently at one time I once did and I edited it it years ago. I took something out or edited something that made it show and now I need it back.

OMG I am so stupid ! I had ezpages turned off in layout box controllers. doh!!! I was looking for something called "important links" there. Its been sitting here right in front of my face
