No it does not. It either was a result of the initial install (history seems to not be fully known) or it was removed at some point after install... why/how would be the question there. Oh, it also could be in "how" the database was updated... following the process supported by the Zen Cart team it wouldn't cause that, if every line were reviewed and potentially that one was left out, then it could be possible...

About that... I was going to suggest that I was able to determine that issue of a missing definition by searching the github repository (https://github.com/zencart/zencart) for that missing constant and came to realize it was to be in the database rather than a file... The query for inserting it was then found in the zc_install path's sql file from which I provided that query...
An alternate method would be to have a vanilla install of the software and then use the tools->developers tool kit to find the usage of that constant.
