Please checkout my website here :: www.selfbuildplans.co.uk and let me know why i cant see the login, cart and checkout icons at the top of the page on a mobile?

That's what the template was designed to do, to reduce clutter on small screens. Those icons are replaced by a single shopping cart link (currently shown as '0 - £0.00') to the right of the search button.
