How to change or update 100's of attribute prices

I have 100's (1000 or more) items price by attributes.
I need to change or update prices. what is the easiest method? rather than doing one at a time.

I need a solution asap

PS: I do have a excel spread sheet of the product item code> title> size, description and price if this any help.

dbio, use the ProductsAttribsRaw handler. Can bulk change attribute pricing in a flash, and as far as I am aware this is the only module that can do this with attributes. Perhaps others can, too, but I love dbio and stopped using or looking at the others since it has everything I need and is actively developed and improved.

EasyPopulate V4 has always been able to handle this as well using the detailed attributes filter.
