Database - Updating new database with old database info

Hi All,
I've had to create a new shop from 1.3.8 to 1.5.5 and couldn't get the old database to work so created a new database.
My question is, is it possible to load in (copy, transfer) my previous customer details from my old database into my new database? i.e. name, address, login etc.

The zc_install process performs a database upgrade to transition the data from ZC 1.3.8 to the current Zen Cart version. Unfortunately there may have been some steps that were skipped by the software, but that is usually because the site had manual updates applied to support operation and the auto-checker may not have been able to piece that all together.

Anyways, if the process used is equivalent to this post: http://www.zen-cart.com/entry.php?3-...d-of-upgrading then the database should be able to be upgraded, even now that you have put together the new software for the new site. That is as if you are working towards the database upgrade portion of the above instructions. This will allow you to keep all things associated with your previous clients and product and further to continue selling.
