Broken left slider

I seem to have broken the custom left slider and it is now fixed at the bottom of the page...
Could anybody advise as to what I've messed up?.... https://www.selfbuildplans.co.uk
If not then how to turn this off or remove?

I do apologize as I was rushing...
Anyway my broken slider has fixed itself as it wasn't working in both chrome or firefox but since a computer restart it is now back to normal.
