Need plug-in for in-store credit for returns

I am using Zen Cart v.1.56. The store is located at https://jasonsjoesandmore.com/gijoe19. I need a plugin or workaround to off in-store credit for returned items.

Since there is no Discounts pulldown menu in v.1.5.6a, I take it that you mean "Mail Gift Certicate" under the "Gift Certificate/Coupon" menu item.
