Payment Module Editing

I was using 1.5.4 with PHP 5.6
Editing the payment module worked fine.

Changing PHP to 7.3 it breaks the payment module to where I cannot see or edit its settings.

We upgraded to 1.5.6c and the payment module still won't allow editing in PHP 7.3

hard to say without log files. log files indicate the problem.

Oh I'm sorry I should have updated, the guys I hired to upgrade the site 1.5.4 to 1.6.3c fixed that.
