For future reference: The easier way to add a page is with EZPages. Here are the three ways of doing it:

Hi swguy,
The tpl_page_2_default.php is definitely in the folder, so i went through the attached pdf and checked each folder/file again but still get the same log/issue.
Any further thoughts?

Thanks for your help but i have now got the page to work. I was simply loading in the new page 'Drawing Packages' rather than 'Page 2'.
Anyways it's all working.
