Admin WHos Online always shows empty but is actually not

Hello. My zencart is 1.5.5.c.
Since a couple of days I detected that my admin side whos online is always showing nobody online, spiders are disappeared too. This Is impossible because I have a lot of visitors and orders. No changes done.
Any hint?

I found that including my IP address all the whos online are now available. The strange is that all the customers are browsing my website with my IP address. ¿Can be something related with cloudflare?

Solved. My host pointed my service to a new cloud so the IP changed and I had to notify to Cloudflare. I leave this thread just only to aware of something that can have this problem in the future.

Is it just me or are there a lot of folks lately that realize their site is not working and the ultimate fix is that the hosting company updated PHP, moved their site, changed IPs etc. without ever notifying the customer?

Is there a lot of miscommunication out there are folks just ignoring emails from the host? Somewhere in between? Inquiring minds.....

Although I've seen some talk about the host I use about how it has a similar "issue", I've seen emails from them for what seems like months in advance of action being taken. For example I still have some old test sites on php 5.6... I don't recall what date they will make the change, but I recently received an email indicating that they were going to bump up to php 7.2 as the current version... So will they make the change without notifying? May seem that way, but it may also be something stated, but forgotten or lost in the "routine" notifications.
