Help needed.
We are running v1.5.6 Zen Cart. We have not recently upgraded and no changes have recently taken place but all of a sudden, we can no longer login to admin for our website. No errors come up, it just reverts back to the log in screen. Same for customers trying to login to their accounts.
I know nothing about coding and we've had a person familiar with ZenCart trying to fix it but all the usual fixes have not worked.
Can anyone please point me in a direction? Is there anything that commonly causes this problem that I could look at?

Ask your webhost if s/he has made any recent changes, e.g. PHP version, MySQL version, Apache version.

It can be MySQL server has been upgraded by your hosting company, you can check the error logs if it’s any other issues.
